Introducing Valmont
Valmont Voted as one of the best 100 things in the world by GQ Magazine is located on the site formerly known as Café des Artistes, the popular 1960's and 1970's live music venue fraternised by The Rolling Stones and Roger Waters, where performers included David Bowie and Queen, The Valmont Club re-introduces the bohemian spirit and artistic appeal of its previous incarnation.
The Valmont Club is split into 4 main areas but the overriding theme is consistent in every space with subdued colours and soft, comfortable furnishings with bright neon statement signage. The main bar/dance floor area is adorned with traditional sculptures, paintings and antique furniture items with neon, black glass and velvet drapes seen throughout. The DJ is located next to the bar with a perfect space available for live performers. Neon lights and mirrors border the dance floor with ample seating space and room at the bar.
Separated completely from the main club area, The Electric Salon is ideal for smaller and more intimate events. With its own private bar and comfortable seating.
The Electric Salon has a clean cut and refreshing ambiance in contrast to the rest of the venue.
For a more private evening a series of private velvet-curtained booths with individual music volume control and personal waitress service are available.
General Manager of the club Thierry Brocher has designed a 60 strong menu which includes seven signature Champagne cocktails and number on contemporary variation on classics, using seasonal fruits and fresh ingredients throughout the year.
